The WiseguyItalian pork sausage, a medley of bell peppers, chopped walla walla onions sauteed in a garlic Pinot Grigio red sauce STUFFED inside a french baguette. 

Meatball Provolone - Wiseguy meatballs on a french baguette smothered in Bolognese sauce, topped with Provolone and Pecorino Romano cheeses. 

Italian Veggie  - Italian vegetables sauteed in a garlic Pinot Grigio red sauce with fresh herbs and spices STUFFED inside a french baguette.

Litte Wiseguy bites - A smaller version of our signature wiseguy hero for the little guy in your mob or a great appetizer to go with your pasta and salad!

 We’re proud to serve the best gourmet Italian food in the Puget Sound area. In order to do so we arrive on site with our Foodtruck about an hour early so we can begin to prepare your desired menu items.

 

 Once we've cooked, it’s time to serve the mobsters in your crew. Typically, we request that guests come out to the truck in batches of ten so that folks don’t start piling up worse than New York City traffic! This method ensures the flow and speed that the Wiseguys are known for. 

 

Another option we offer is for our Chefs to cook in your cucina and serve your guests right on site. It’s our job to make you look like the best host ever!

 

Our pricing varies from event to event. If you just send us an email detailing as much as you can .. we will come to terms that best suit your needs.

Pasta Primavera - Penne pasta tossed with fresh Italian vegetables sauteed in a garlic Pinot Grigio red sauce then dusted with Pecorino Romano cheese.

Salad

Fresh spring mix, spinach and balsamic strawberries dressed with a sicilian vinaigrette then dusted with Pecorino Romano cheese.
